The San Diego Law Review (SDLR) is pleased to announce a call for papers for its 2022 Privacy Symposium.  SDLR is the University of San Diego School of Law’s flagship legal journal.

The Privacy Symposium will explore several areas of privacy law.  Privacy concerns have become a prominent topic for debate and regulation, especially with the rise of technological innovation and the increased popularity of working from home.  We thus invite scholars to submit papers concerning privacy law as it relates to civil rights, civil liberties, consumer privacy, among other topics.  We also welcome articles generally discussing privacy law.

To be considered for this Symposium issue, please submit your paper between 7,000 and 10,000 words and a range of 200-400 footnotes by March 15, 2022. Articles will be published in SDLR’s Volume 59, Issue 4 (November/December 2022).

Submissions for the San Diego Law Review 2022 Privacy Symposium should be made electronically through Scholastica. If not available through your location, please submit articles to usdjournals@gmail.com. Please include “2022 Privacy Symposium Submission” in your email subject line. Interested authors should submit a current CV alongside their manuscript.

We look forward to reviewing your submissions!
