Willamette Law Review is now accepting article submissions for publication in our Spring edition: vol. 58, issue 1. Willamette Law Review is a small student-run organization dedicated to publishing high quality articles that address salient legal issues. In vol. 57, issue 2, Willamette University College of Law diploma-privilege graduates used what would have been their bar prep time to create a Racial Justice Task Force and publish an article challenging Oregon to remedy Batson's inadequacies, and ultimately eliminate implicit bias in Oregon's criminal justice system.

Our journal advocates, promotes, and publishes creative solutions to ineluctable legal problems. Of particular interest are articles addressing diversity and inclusion, minority representation, criminal justice, constitutional law, gender equality, non-exclusionary zoning, sensible drug policies, election law, and more. Nonetheless, we encourage submissions of any kind that are topical, cogent, and well-researched--and we look forward to reviewing your manuscripts.
