Texas A&M Journal of Property Law is currently accepting submissions for publication in our upcoming Volume 8. The Journal explores the relationships arising from ownership, possession, and use of property. We welcome a variety of submissions on these topics, including real property, intellectual property, energy issues, environmental issues, etc.
