The Loyola University Chicago International Law Review announces its final call for manuscripts from academics and legal practitioners for Volume 17 Issue 2 (Winter 2021). The journal will accept new manuscripts for review through July 9, 2021.

Manuscripts may address the Spring 2021 Symposium topic, “COVID-19 and Race in International Law,” as well as international environmental and climate justice, climate change and conflict, or other topics relating to themes of structural bias, intersectionality, and international law.

Those wishing to submit a paper should send the following items through Scholastica or to InternationalLawReview@luc.edu:

  • The working title of your paper, along with a one-paragraph abstract and a short (50-75 word) biography describing your professional background;
  • Your working manuscript; and
  • Contact information, including your name, title, institutional affiliation, postal address, email address, and telephone number.
Following its review of manuscripts submitted, the editorial board will notify authors of all decisions by mid-August.
