The George Mason Law Review publishes four times per year. The single most important criterion for an article to be considered for publication is that it must make an original contribution to the scholarly literature on the topic.
The Law Review publishes approximately three to five professional articles per issue. The Law Review also publishes one to two student pieces per issue. The Law Review considers student work only from George Mason students.
Submission Requirements:
Cover letter (preferably including abstract of article) with total word count above-the-line and preferably total footnote word count.

Manuscripts should be created in Microsoft Word and double-spaced, preferably utilizing Times New Roman font.
We strongly prefer footnotes. Text and citations should conform to the Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).
